Please review our updated policies on shipping, addressing errors, and order refusals to ensure a smooth delivery process:

  • Verify Shipping Information Carefully: Before finalizing your order, please double-check your shipping details. We cannot assume responsibility for errors in shipping information provided by customers.
  • Additional Fees for Refused or Undelivered Shipments: Should a shipment be refused or undelivered due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, a re-shipment fee of $10.00 will be applied.
  • Wrong Address Charges: A charge of $20.00 will be incurred for shipments affected by incorrect addresses. This covers the fee our carriers charge us to locate and deliver to the correct address. While such incidents are rare, we endeavor to verify questionable addresses with customers prior to shipping.
  1. Fee Application: This fee is only applied in instances where we incur additional costs due to the need to redirect a shipment to the correct address provided by the customer after dispatch.
  2. Lost Orders Due to Incorrect Address: In cases where an incorrect address results in a lost order, we are unable to offer refunds or take responsibility for the mistake. To have your order re-shipped to the correct address, we must charge the full order amount once more. Please understand these measures are in place to ensure accountability and prevent losses due to errors outside our control.
