  • How do I cancel my order?

    You may cancel an order, provided that it has not yet been processed or shipped. Packages can no longer be cancelled once a shipment is processed and shipped out. You can also contact our customer support squad as soon as you can.

  • What is the processing time of the refund?

    You will get the returned items 5-7 business days after your refund request is approved. Once the product is reached to us and verified by our team, your refund will be processed within 24 hours! The refunded amount will be made to the original payment method.

  • What can I do if I don't get a refund?

    If you haven’t received a refund yet in a reasonable time after receiving your notification (processing times vary) check with your bank or credit card company or contact us.

  • What do I do if my order is missing an item or I received the wrong product?

    Please reach out to our customer support team right away if you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete. We will resolve the issue by sending you the correct item as soon as possible.
